1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 168jl Casino ("168jl," "we," "us," "the Platform"). 3 Account Responsibilities

Any actions taken through your account — whether by you or by an unauthorized third party — are your responsibility.

4.4 Verification Requirements. 168jl reserves the right to require identity verification documents (including government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership) before approving withdrawal requests, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding defined thresholds. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delay or cancellation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Eligibility. Promotional offers are available to eligible registered players who meet the specific conditions stated in each promotion's terms. 168jl reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds and free spins awarded by 168jl are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. 6 Gameplay & Fair Use

6.1 RNG Certification. All games offered on 168jl that involve a random element utilize a Random Number Generator (RNG) that is independently tested and certified. Game outcomes are not influenced by 168jl after each game round commences.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a verifiable technical malfunction during gameplay, 168jl reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the Player's account. "Wins" arising from manifest errors, system faults, or obvious malfunctions do not constitute valid winnings and will not be paid.

6.3 Connection Issues. 168jl is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of the Player's internet connection failing during gameplay. Players are advised to use stable connections, particularly during live dealer sessions.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 168jl platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity in violation of Philippine anti-money laundering laws

8 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of platform content without prior written consent from 168jl is strictly prohibited.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 168jl and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical issues, unauthorized account access resulting from Player negligence, or service interruptions.

168jl's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 By 168jl. 168jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, where: a breach of these Terms and Conditions is detected; fraudulent activity or identity misrepresentation is suspected; a Player is found to be under 21 years of age; or the account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.

10.2 By the Player. Players may request account closure at any time by contacting 168jl's support team via live chat. Accounts closed at the Player's request will have any remaining verified balance returned to the Player's registered payment method, subject to standard verification procedures.

10.3 Responsible Gaming Closures. Players who self-exclude through 168jl's responsible gaming tools will have their accounts suspended for the elected period. Attempts to circumvent a self-exclusion by opening new accounts will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

11 Responsible Gaming

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — or its breach, termination, or validity — shall first be referred to 168jl's customer support for internal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days of formal escalation, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts or, where applicable, to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism. Both parties agree to good-faith engagement before initiating formal legal proceedings.
